Stress awareness month

Everyone knows you are supposed to take breaks from your screens during your work day… Do you?

I’m guessing the answer is no!

If you’re really good you might eat your lunch away from your desk, but as a small business owner probably not.

We all know there are only so many hours in the day but….

Burnout is a real looming risk.

As much as you feel you have to get everything done, what will happen when you get ‘just’ a cold and can’t get out of bed for a few days or function as productively.

Just taking that 10mins away even if you only manage it once every two hours it’s better than having to take a week or more off!
